After the US law regarding online gambling in the states was signed by President Bush, a new reality was forced on the online casino companies. They cannot operate as they used to, and some new rules are enforced upon them. Some games are considered online gambling and can not be played in an online gambling facility. For all those games, including the famous poker and black jack, the online casinos can’t accept credit card payments and can’t pay for the winners through the credit card companies. Those are quite obligations.
The lucky part it – that the online gambling industry has prepared itself to this law and its consequences for a bit of a time. Some ordinary business affairs are done this entire month to prevent from the US online gambling industry to collapse – for example the mercerization of some related-topics online gambling sites, or in some cases – the larger company buys the little ones, in order to obtain more market segments. On the side to that, some unordinary business affairs are taken – to make the US online casinos deal with more innovative topics, and remain fresh on the public opinion.
Some of those affairs include enlarging the online gambling on the mobile service, which sells most of the American services to the global mobile industry, and investing in non casino business – such as films. Some routes are not considered online gambling in the Unites States, and those games will be over shown to the American wagers, on the behalf of the forbidden games. | |
